Usability. A critical factor in web design is how easy your web site is to use. You do not want your users to spend too long learning how to use your site, otherwise they will simply "click-off" to other sites.

Straight-forward process. To develop a website for you, we need this information:

• Your business name
• Your business address
• Your contact telephone numbers
• When your business is open
• Your ABN (Australian Business Number)
• Description of what your business does
• Photographs to appear on your site
• What information you want on your site

The software is free. Melbourne Computing uses content management software called Drupal. You can update your website's content yourself.

From time to time, there are updates of Drupal code to improve functionality and security, this is part of a regular maintenance fee that we will come to an arrangement with you about.
